Best for unique asset transfers, requiring prior approval from the Gift Acceptance Committee.

  • Outright Gift of Real Estate: Land, residential homes, or vacation properties transferred directly to eliminate capital gains and gain fair market value deductions.
  • Real Estate with Life Tenancy: Deeding a home or farm to Geneva while retaining full rights to live on, maintain, and profit from the property for life.
  • Tangible Personal Property: High-value collections, royalties, artwork, or mineral rights given for charitable tax deductions.
  • In-Kind Gifts: Goods or professional services credited toward campaigns based on appraised fair market valuations.
  • Endowed Gifts & Scholarships: A permanent source of income (minimum $25,000 to establish) invested as principal to support generations of students.
