Marvin Dewey, EdD, President of Geneva Foundation, has extensive experience in Christian higher education leadership and development across the spectrum of institutional advancement. Dr. Dewey came to Geneva from Sterling College, where he served as Vice President for Institutional Advancement.
He was the President of Taylor University College and Seminary in Edmonton, Canada, and worked as Vice President of Advancement at North American Baptist Seminary (now Sioux Falls Seminary) in Sioux Falls, SD.
In addition to his leadership experience in development, his extensive education prepared him well for his role. He has a doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and a Master of Divinity from the North American Baptist Seminary.
